 This magazine contrasts the other magazines below compleatley  - It's crammed with pictures, puffs, headings, sub headings and competitions. i think it is too crammed there is no real main image or one directional eye view. It almost makes your brain fuzzy with how much orange and reds. I think what works well is the rock theme the magazine KERRANG manage to consistently deliver in every magazine. The puffs use are fun and thought provovking - i have got some good ideas from this magazine

This sophisticated magazine cover is very rare to find on the shop shelves these days. Many classical music magazines aren't sold in shops anymore - I think tis is a plain formal magazine that appeals to upper class women who play violin - The main image is different from typical female models because shes not covered in fake tan and its showing of her musical talent and not her physical assets - I dont think visually though this magazine is eye catching or interesting, the plainess and small texts makes it boring and nothing pops out enough 

This magazine has many strengths, its main being the strong front image - this eye catching unique design allows people to look twice, because of the effective layering,  it makes you concentrate and take in what this cover contains! Also the colour theme suits the cover wells - i think it is targeted at a male audience due to the more masculine colours and shades. it's a very informal cover and i think that the idea is very creative and different. The only weaknesses i'd say were that the title is unclear and it doesnt contain any eyecatching stories to read in the magazine!
